Job Racing has signed Bell Micro Products to sponsor the number
24/Bell Micro Products/Alex Job Racing/Porsche 911 GT3 RSR to
be driven by Randy Pobst and Ian Baas.
Headquartered
in San Jose, California, Bell Micro Products is North America ’s
leading supplier of Storage, Flat Panel and Custom Industrial
Server Solutions, as well as other integrated and semiconductor
solutions to OEMs.
Alex
Job Racing has amassed four consecutive driver’s championships,
six 12-Hour of Sebring victories, a 24-Hour of Le Mans win and
a series record string of 22 consecutive pole positions. This history
makes AJR the most successful GT team in the modern IMSA era .
“Don Bell is a true motorsport enthusiast and we are very
happy to have him onboard with the 24 car,” said Alex Job. “Bell
Micro Products is a technically based company with a worldwide
customer base. Joining the Bell Micro Products brand with Porsche
is a natural. We now have all the pieces in place to make the car
very competitive with driver’s Randy Pobst and Ian Baas.”
Alex Job Racing will take to the 3.7-mile 17-turn Sebring International
Raceway for the 12-hour event starting at 10:45 a.m. EST on Saturday,
March 19th. The race will be broadcast on Speed Channel.
