LIME ROCK, Conn. -  Cooper MacNeil and Leh Keen will start from the fourth row in GTD in their No. 22 WeatherTech Racing Porsche at the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship Northeast Grand Prix tomorrow.

WeatherTech Racing drivers MacNeil (Hinsdale, Ill.) and Keen (Charleston, S.C.) went through a laundry list of suspension adjustments throughout the two practice sessions at the short 1.5-mile, nine-turn Lime Rock circuit. The 2012 Lime Rock GTC Class winners will start tomorrow's race from the fourth row. MacNeil had the wheel of the white and black Porsche for qualifying and posted a time of 55.151, his fastest lap of the day.

"Qualifying was OK for us," MacNeil said. "We have been improving the car all day. For me, it was the fastest for me in qualifying. I put in a pretty good lap and my time is close to Leh's. We have a pretty good WeatherTech Porsche and we will be fine for the race. We will try a few adjustments in the warm-up and be ready to try and defend our last win here together in 2012."

Keen worked hard with the team to improve the car all day.

"We've had better practice days with the WeatherTech Porsche," Keen said. "We went through three different brake pad combinations in just two sessions. We made spring changes on the front and rear, wing changes, shock changes - we pretty much covered about everything on the set-up sheet. Cooper said the car was better in qualifying. Lime Rock is such a short lap that everything has to be just right to run a really fast lap. It was a tough day. We will look at the data and see where we can make adjustments. We are not way off, but a few little changes can make a big difference. Cooper and I won here in 2012 and we will try to repeat that effort tomorrow."

Alex Job, team owner, will have the team ready for an exciting race tomorrow.

"We are chasing some of the teams that have tested here," Job said. "We made a lot of changes to the car throughout the day, but Cooper ran his fastest lap in qualifying so I think we are headed in the right direction. We have a few more ideas for the warm-up so we will see if we can get another tenth or two out of it before the race. Anything can happen here and probably will once the green fly flies."

The TUDOR Championship Northeast Grand Prix from Lime Rock Park will be broadcast live on IMSA.com July 25 starting at 3 p.m. The television broadcast will air on Fox Sports 1 starting at 5 p.m. on July 26.
